1. Are your jewellery pieces handcrafted?

Yes. All Kamalaire pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products — this makes each piece unique.

2. What material is the jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality brass and copper for some pieces as the base metal and features carefully selected stones, pearls, and crystals. Most pieces are gold polished, and many designs include 18K gold plating for enhanced finish and durability.

3. Will the jewellery tarnish?

Kamalaire pieces are not fine jewellery, but they are crafted to age beautifully with proper care. All our designs undergo gold polishing, and most feature 18K gold plating. Like all plated jewellery, natural wear over time may occur depending on usage, storage, and exposure to moisture, perfumes, and chemicals.

With mindful care, your Kamalaire pieces will maintain their beauty and develop character over time. These heritage-inspired designs are meant to be worn, cherished, and loved — ageing gracefully as they become part of your story.

4. Are your pieces restocked?

Some designs are released in limited batches, while select styles may be restocked based on demand. We recommend placing your order early to avoid missing out.

5. How can I take care of Kamalaire Jewellery?

To ensure your Kamalaire pieces retain their finish:

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, and cleaning agents.
• Keep jewellery away from humidity and moisture.
• Remove jewellery before exercising, showering, or water exposure.
• Store in a zip-lock bag or air-tight box in a dry place (a zip-lock bag will be provided).
• Store pieces separately to prevent scratches or tangling.
• Gently clean with a soft or muslin cloth to maintain shine.

6. Where are your stores located?

We are an e-commerce jewellery brand based out of Mumbai. Currently, we do not have a physical retail store.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship PAN India only. We are not offering international shipping at this time.

8. How long does shipping take?

Since our pieces are made to order, dispatch typically takes 7–12 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. You may refer to the shipping timeline mentioned under each product for more accurate details.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently accept prepaid orders only. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. 

10. How will I know if my order is successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID once your order has been successfully placed.

11. The payment was debited but I did not receive confirmation. What should I do?

This may occur due to a temporary technical issue with the payment gateway. Please connect with our Customer Service team via WhatsApp or call at +91 9326245543 for   assistance.

12. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID along with the tracking link will be sent to your registered email ID.

14. How can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

16. Can I return my order?

Since all our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer general returns.

Returns are only accepted if:
• You receive the wrong item
• The product arrives damaged

17. What if I receive a damaged product?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is helpful for faster verification. Our team will review the issue and assist you with an exchange or store credit as per our Return & Exchange Policy. 

18. Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer exchanges on our products. All sales are final.

19. Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide monetary refunds once a product is sold. In approved cases involving damaged or incorrect items, a store credit will be issued. This credit note:
• Excludes shipping charges
• Is valid for 3 months
• Can be used on your next purchase

20. What if I don’t find a suitable product for exchange?

We provide a credit note (exclusive of shipping charges), valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
